This is the one tournament that Nevada state net players want to win. The chance to be a STATE champ is huge for everyday players who play for the love of the game.
In 2024, the Net Amateur heads back to Southern Nevada and Highland Falls Golf Club, part of the Golf Summerlin trifecta.
In 2023, Northern Nevada’s Arturo Estrada won the event at his home course, Red Hawk Golf & Resort in Sparks, Nev. Aug. 10-12, 2023.
In 2022, Jacob Haas defeated Scott Flanigan 2-and-1 for the title.
In 2021, Aaron Bartels won his first state title by beating Jacob Haas 3-and-2.
In 2020, Trevor Coss beat Jason Buckholz in 20 holes for the title.
George Yocum won the 2019 Nevada State Senior Net tournament 3 & 2 over Jason Buckholz. The event was held August 20 – 22 at Red Hawk Country Club in Reno.
